Shipping Policy

Processing Time Orders are processed within 2-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Estimated delivery times:

• Standard shipping: 5-7 business days
• Expedited shipping: 2-3 business days

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Lost or Damaged Packages RAIFE & PEARLS is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at hello@raifepearls.com with photos of the damage.
