Returns We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition with all tags attached
- Free from stains, odors, or damage
How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please contact us at hello@raifepearls.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at hello@raifepearls.com.
